SANHA GmbH & Co. KG Acquires BTE to Bolster OEM Business
SANHA GmbH & Co. KG, a leading manufacturer in the piping systems sector, has finalized the acquisition of BTE Biegetechnik Engineering GmbH. The transaction, effective retroactively from 1 January 2026, was completed on 30 April 2026. BTE, established in 1995 and located in Ilshofen, specializes in producing components for industries such as medical technology and heavy-duty vehicles. The company reported revenues of approximately 21 million euros in 2025.
The acquisition enhances SANHA’s capabilities in mechanical tube processing. The integration of BTE's advanced technology strengthens SANHA's OEM offerings, emphasizing its role as a development partner. This strategic move is expected to enhance SANHA's vertical integration and expand its technological portfolio.
