SAINT JEAN GROUPE's turnover to decline in the first quarter of 2025

For the first quarter of 2025, SAINT JEAN GROUPE recorded a 1.40% decrease in its consolidated turnover, reaching 31.44 million euros compared to 31.89 million in 2024. This decrease is mainly attributable to DEROUX FRERES, whose turnover decreased by 7.4% due to a reduced supply and a high average price of eggs.
In contrast, SAINT JEAN posted a more moderate decline of 0.4%. The dumplings and catering segments showed positive momentum, with respective growth of 5.9% and 17%. However, sales of pasta and ravioli are declining, and organic products are struggling to gain traction in supermarkets despite a recovery in specialist chains.
