Le 26 mai 2026, la Compagnie de Saint-Gobain a publié un communiqué relatif aux achats d'actions effectués le 18 mai 2026. Ces opérations s'inscrivent dans le cadre du programme de rachat d'actions autorisé par l'Assemblée Générale annuelle du 5 juin 2025.
Lors de cette journée, Saint-Gobain a acquis un total de 57 181 actions. Le prix moyen pondéré d'acquisition s'élève à 73,459 euros par action, pour un montant global de 4 200 430 euros. Les transactions ont été réalisées sur les marchés identifiés par les codes MIC XPAR et CEUX.
