Saint-Gobain cède son activité de distribution au Brésil
Saint-Gobain a signé un accord définitif avec Tauá Partners pour vendre Telhanorte, sa chaîne de distribution de matériaux de construction au Brésil. Après la cession de Tumelero en décembre 2025, cette opération marque la fin des activités de distribution de Saint-Gobain au Brésil. Telhanorte exploite actuellement 27 magasins et un centre logistique, principalement dans l'État de São Paulo. L'entreprise emploie environ 1 650 personnes et a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires d'environ 180 millions d'euros en 2025.
La conclusion de la transaction est prévue d'ici la fin du premier semestre 2026. Cette vente s'inscrit dans la stratégie de Saint-Gobain visant à renforcer son profil conformément aux objectifs de son plan "Lead & Grow".
