Safran Reports Share Buybacks from May 19 to May 22, 2025

Safran, a leader in aerospace manufacturing, announced its recent transactions in own shares from May 19 to May 22, 2025. The company engaged in a series of buybacks through the broker Natixis, amassing a total of 168,338 shares. The purchases were conducted at a daily weighted average price of 258.4002 per share, marking a strategic move within the scope of MAR art.5 §2. a.

On May 19, Safran acquired 63,660 shares at an average price of 255.5522 on the XPAR market. The following day, the purchase totaled 28,109 shares at 260.3383 each, again on XPAR. On May 21, the company bought 50,000 shares split between XPAR and CEUX markets at slightly varied prices. Concluding the period, on May 22, a total of 25,569 shares were acquired across XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU platforms.
