SAFRAN Publishes Own Share Transactions for Early June 2026

SAFRAN has released details of its transactions involving own shares conducted from June 1 to June 5, 2026. The operations were managed through Kepler Cheuvreux SA and reported daily across different markets, primarily involving the XPAR market. A total of 102,815 shares were repurchased over the five-day period.

The daily breakdown is as follows: On June 1, 45,000 shares were acquired at an average price of €294.1092 totaling approximately €13.23 million. The following day saw 16,897 shares bought at €297.3093 per share, accounting for around €5.02 million. June 3 accounted for 23,387 shares at €293.2617, totaling about €6.86 million. On June 4, 5,520 shares were purchased at €296.3980 totaling approximately €1.63 million. Finally, on June 5, 12,011 shares were acquired for €299.4499 per share, amounting to about €3.60 million.
