Safran Prepares for 2026 Annual General Meeting
Safran has announced the availability of preliminary documents for its upcoming Annual General Meeting, set for May 21, 2026. This Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting will occur at the Safran Campus in Massy, France. The agenda and draft resolutions were initially introduced in a March publication in the French legal gazette. The meeting will also be streamed live on Safran's official website.
Shareholders can participate by attending in person, appointing a representative, or voting by mail or online. Safran is using the Votaccess platform for internet voting. Document requests can be made to Uptevia if they are not available on Safran's website.
Safran, a leader in aviation, defense, and space, continues to foster environmental sustainability and innovation in its markets. The company is a notable figure on the Euronext Paris, part of both the CAC 40 and Euro Stoxx 50 indices.
