Safran's Share Buyback Transactions: June 22-26, 2026
Between June 22 and June 26, 2026, Safran engaged in share buyback activities. The transactions were executed by broker Kepler Cheuvreux and primarily occurred on the XPAR market. Over this period, a total of 127,000 shares were repurchased.
On June 22 and 23, 26,000 shares were bought each day, at weighted average prices of €329.8685 and €331.2357 respectively. On June 24, Safran acquired 25,000 shares, with an average price of €335.6026. The share price increased to €342.0512 for another 25,000 shares on June 25. The transactions concluded on June 26, with another 25,000 shares repurchased at an average price of €336.5456.
No transactions were recorded on CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU markets during this period. The buybacks were made following MAR Article 5 §2.a).
