Safran Reports Q1 2026 Revenue Increase
Safran, the global high-tech group specializing in aerospace, defense, and space, announced a significant revenue increase for the first quarter of 2026. Adjusted revenue rose by 18.8% to €8,624 million, with the propulsion sector experiencing notable growth. Leap engine deliveries surged by 63%, contributing to a 33.1% rise in propulsion revenue.
The Equipment & Defense segment showed a 13.5% increase in revenue, bolstered by acquisitions and robust demand in various sectors. Aircraft Interiors experienced a 9.2% growth, driven by higher cabin deliveries and improved pricing for business class seats.
Despite currency fluctuations and geopolitical uncertainties, Safran confirmed its positive full-year outlook. The share repurchase program and efficient debt management further underpin its financial strength.
