Safran Executes Share Buyback From March 23 to March 27, 2026
Safran S.A. has announced the completion of a share buyback program executed from March 23 to March 27, 2026. The company reacquired a total of 272,700 shares. The transactions were facilitated by BNP Paribas SA, with shares bought on multiple markets, including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU.
On March 24, 2026, Safran repurchased shares at varying prices, with volumes of 28,882 and 10,550 shares on XPAR and CEUX, respectively. The total volume on this day reached 39,700 shares. March 25 transactions saw 40,000 shares acquired at an average price point close to 287.2. The subsequent days' purchases were made at relatively consistent price levels.
The overall weighted average purchase price for the duration was approximately 281.27 per share. These buybacks were conducted under MAR art. 5 §2 c for purposes related to market regulations.
