Safran Announces Share and Voting Rights Update for December 2025
Safran has released its latest monthly data on the composition of its share capital and voting rights as of December 31, 2025. The total number of shares stands at 418,344,626. In terms of voting rights, the theoretical total is 530,198,467. The number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower at 528,768,061.
This announcement complies with Article L.233-8 II of the French commercial code and Article 223-16 of the Financial Markets Authority. The figures reflect both treasury shares stripped of voting rights and those with full voting rights. Safran remains a Société Anonyme with a €83,668,925 share capital, based in Paris.
