Rubis Announces Leadership Change as Bergene Steps Down
Rubis has announced a significant leadership change with the resignation of Nils Christian Bergene from his roles as Chairman and member of the Supervisory Board. His departure was confirmed today, creating an immediate vacancy that has now been filled by Marc-Olivier Laurent, appointed as the new Chairman.
The transition at the board level follows a meeting with the remaining members, who have expressed their gratitude to Bergene for his substantial contributions and leadership during his tenure. The Management Board joins in recognizing his efforts and commitment to Rubis.
