Vanguard Group Announces Stake in International Distribution Services
The Vanguard Group, Inc. has disclosed a significant position in International Distribution Services plc, a key player in the mail and parcel delivery sector. According to the filing dated 18 March 2025, Vanguard owns and/or controls 35,692,067 shares, representing 3.72% of the company's 1p ordinary shares.
The disclosure, made under Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code, outlines recent transactions. On 17 March 2025, Vanguard purchased 11,712 shares at 3.64 GBP per share, and sold 33,682 shares at 3.63 GBP per share.
