ROHM Co., Ltd. Introduces New SiC Power Modules for Online Sale

On March 12, 2026, ROHM Co., Ltd., based in Kyoto, Japan, announced the online availability of its new SiC molded modules, including the TRCDRIVE pack (TM), HSDIP20, and DOT-247. These products are aimed at enhancing energy efficiency amid rising concerns over global power supply shortages and conservation needs. Distributed through companies like DigiKey, these modules are set to broaden the application scope of high-efficiency power conversion utilizing SiC technology.

The TRCDRIVE pack (TM) features a 2-in-1 SiC module suited for electric vehicle traction inverters up to 300kW, with integrated ROHM's 4th Generation SiC MOSFETs. Offering significant power density improvements, it facilitates inverter miniaturization.

The HSDIP20 module, available in 750V and 1200V models, is designed for xEV onboard chargers and various high-power applications, incorporating complete power conversion circuits in a compact form.

The DOT-247 module targets industrial uses such as PV inverters, supporting power density and design efficiencies by maintaining the versatility of "TO-247" packages.
