Roctool: Update of voting rights and shares

Roctool, listed on Euronext Growth Paris under the ticker symbol ALROC, has published its monthly update regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of April 30, 2026, the total number of Roctool shares stood at 12,416,186, while the total number of voting rights reached 14,105,258.
