Roctool: Monthly update of voting rights and shares

Roctool has disclosed its figures relating to share capital and voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of May 31, 2026, the total number of shares comprising the company's share capital was 12,416,186, while the total number of voting rights reached 14,105,258.
