Roche Bobois Half-Yearly Review of the Liquidity Contract

On June 30, 2026, ROCHE BOBOIS, through its liquidity contract managed by ODDO BHF SCA, held 11,856 shares and €46,270.50 in its liquidity account. Initially, when the contract was established, the account held 7,155 shares and €149,972.

During the half-year from January 1 to June 30, 2026, 17,245 shares were purchased for an amount of 455,502 euros in 745 transactions while 14,706 shares were sold for 391,122 euros through 671 transactions.
