Roche Bobois voting rights activity as of April 30, 2025

On May 7, 2025, Roche Bobois published its monthly report on the status of voting rights, in accordance with Articles L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF Regulation. As of April 30, 2025, the total number of shares issued by the company amounts to 10,134,323. The total number of theoretical voting rights reaches 17,876,066, while exercisable voting rights amount to 17,809,778.

It should be noted that theoretical voting rights include shares held by the company itself and registered shares registered for more than two years, benefiting from double voting rights.
