Robertet Reveals Its “Seed to Success 2030” Strategy in Grasse

On May 22, 2025, in Grasse, Robertet, the world leader in natural raw materials for perfumes and flavors, held its first Capital Markets Day. Jérôme Bruhat, CEO, presented the strategic roadmap "Seed to Success 2030." The ambitious goal is to achieve revenues of between €1.1 billion and €1.2 billion by 2030, driven by innovation and sustained global expansion.
Philippe Maubert, President, emphasized the importance of independence and leadership in natural products, key values that have been maintained for 175 years. Robertet is targeting annual growth of 5 to 7% through a combination of organic growth and targeted acquisitions. The Health & Beauty sector is expected to double its share of revenue, with a strong presence in Asia.
The sustainability strategy remains central, with a significant reduction in carbon and water intensity. Innovation, driven by Villa Blu, continues to drive growth with more sustainable and disruptive products. Robertet is committed to strengthening its industrial footprint in strategic regions such as Indonesia and Mexico.
