RM Plc: Update on Voting Rights Disposal
A recent notification has revealed that Avalon UK Limited has completely divested its voting rights in RM Plc. Previously holding 13.95% of the company's voting rights, Avalon UK Limited has now reduced its holdings to zero. The change was officially recognized on July 2, 2025, with RM Plc being notified on July 4, 2025.
The voting rights attached to shares, as well as those through financial instruments, have both been reduced to zero, signifying a complete exit. This move marks a significant change from the previous position where Avalon UK Limited held substantial voting influence in the company.
Avalon UK Limited is registered in the British Virgin Islands, and Theodore W King is noted as the ultimate controlling person of the entity.
The completion of this divestment was finalized in San Francisco, CA, on July 4, 2025.
