Rising Stone: Update on the Number of Shares and Voting Rights
Luxury real estate company Rising Stone, listed on Euronext under ISIN FR00140164Q1, has released its share capital structure as of May 31, 2026. The company's share capital consists of 2,572,596 shares. Furthermore, the total number of voting rights is 4,445,164. However, only 4,441,477 votes are exercisable due to 3,687 treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights.
