Rio Grande Resources Reveals Airborne Survey Results and New Leadership
Rio Grande Resources Ltd. has announced findings from its airborne magnetic and radiometric geophysical surveys at the Winston Gold-Silver Project in New Mexico. Conducted by Precision GeoSurveys Inc., the survey covered 384 line km, unveiling potential structural trends and hydrothermal alteration zones that may indicate mineralization. These insights are set to refine surface sampling targets and guide upcoming drilling plans.
The magnetic survey identified shallow and deep structures requiring further analysis, while radiometric data suggested unexplored zones of alteration. These results will be assessed alongside existing surface sampling data, which previously yielded significant gold and silver values. The objective is to delineate drill targets showing structural continuity and promising mineralization indicators.
Additionally, Rio Grande Resources has appointed Christina Barnard as its new President, emphasizing her pivotal role in the company's development. Barnard's extensive experience in corporate operations and regulatory frameworks positions her to steer the company through its next exploration phase.
