Ringmetall SE Reports Stable First Half of 2025 Amid Market Challenges

Ringmetall SE, a leader in industrial packaging, posted a 7.2 percent rise in group revenue, reaching EUR 97.4 million in the first half of 2025. Despite market challenges, the company successfully integrated new acquisitions which bolstered growth. However, EBITDA declined by 8.9 percent to EUR 12.2 million from the previous year.

The company reports its Closure Systems unit, which makes accessories for industrial drums, achieved EUR 58.8 million in revenue. The Liner business, producing packaging units, saw EUR 38.6 million in revenues, benefiting from last year's acquisitions.

Ringmetall maintains its 2025 forecast of EUR 180-200 million in revenue and EUR 21-28 million EBITDA. The company remains optimistic about further acquisitions amid favorable market conditions.
