Right Season Investments annonce un fractionnement anticipé des actions
Right Season Investments Corp. (TSXV : LITT) a obtenu l'approbation de son conseil d'administration pour un fractionnement anticipé de ses actions. Cette décision vise à améliorer la structure du capital de la société en convertissant chaque action ordinaire existante en quinze actions ordinaires. Cette stratégie vise à soutenir les futures initiatives de financement. Après le fractionnement, Right Season comptera environ 34 501 935 actions ordinaires en circulation.
Le fractionnement anticipé des actions est toujours en attente d'approbation par la Bourse de croissance TSX. Right Season Investments prévoit publier une nouvelle annonce dès qu'elle aura reçu l'approbation et fixé une date de clôture des registres pour le fractionnement.
