Riber: Update on share capital and voting rights

On May 31, 2026, Riber released its monthly data on the number of shares and voting rights in its share capital. As of that date, the company had a total of 21,253,024 shares. The total gross number of voting rights also reached 21,253,024. However, after deducting shares without voting rights, the net total of voting rights amounted to 21,022,718.
