Riber: Monthly update on shares and voting rights

On October 6, 2026, Riber published its monthly update relating to the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of September 30, 2026, the total number of shares comprising Riber's share capital amounts to 21,253,024. The gross total of voting rights is also 21,253,024. However, after deducting shares without voting rights, the net total of voting rights is 21,023,804.
