Revolve Renewable Power Corp. Expands US Solar Portfolio with New Acquisition
Revolve Renewable Power Corp. announced the acquisition of three solar development projects in Illinois, New Mexico, and Wisconsin, adding 125 megawatts of capacity. This significant expansion enhances their US footprint, targeting major utility markets supported by Ameren, Columbus Electric Co-Op, and Wisconsin Power & Light Co.
The projects, named Henry, Columbus, and Endeavor, will be developed through Revolve's US subsidiary. CEO Myke Clark expressed the company's commitment to disciplined growth and high-quality acquisitions. Revolve's development portfolio now exceeds 3,000 MW, spanning multiple states and energy sources.
The acquisition, funded by Revolve's resources and strategic financing, involves a payment structure based on project milestones. The US market's growing demand for solar power aligns with Revolve's expansion strategy, aiming to meet the increasing electricity needs driven by digital infrastructure growth.
