Revolve Renewable Power Corp., a North American renewable energy company based in Vancouver, announced the results of its Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders held on February 26, 2026. The meeting confirmed the number of directors at eight, with full approval. All nominees were successfully elected, including Omar Bojorquez and Susan Shaw, each receiving close to 100% approval.

The appointment of auditors received unanimous support, with no votes withheld. Shareholders also ratified the company's omnibus equity incentive plan, achieving a 99.98% vote in favor, despite 16,312,387 insider shares being ineligible to vote.
