Results of the General Meeting of Poxel SA
On December 11, 2025, Poxel SA, a biopharmaceutical company based in Lyon, announced the results of its Combined General Meeting. The event was held at the Mercure Lyon Centre Hotel, bringing together shareholders representing 19,381,917 voting rights, or a participation rate of 36.123%.
All resolutions were adopted, marking a significant milestone for the company. The Poxel Board of Directors expressed its satisfaction and thanked the shareholders for their confidence.
The next crucial step for Poxel will be the validation of its recovery plan by the Lyon Economic Activities Court in January 2026, thus paving the way for the implementation of this plan.
