Results of the BENETEAU Combined General Meeting of June 19, 2025
The BENETEAU Group announced the results of its Combined General Meeting held on June 19, 2025. A total of 265 shareholders participated, representing 61,632,536 shares and votes. The quorum reached 76.58% at this meeting. All resolutions submitted were adopted.
Among the important decisions, the statutory and consolidated financial statements for the 2024 financial year were approved by 99.96%. Resolutions concerning executive compensation and the appointment of new members to the Supervisory Board were also adopted.
Share repurchase authorizations, the issuance of new equity securities and the cancellation of repurchased shares also received shareholder approval, showing broad support for the proposed management plans.
