Results of the 2026 Combined General Meeting of 74Software
On May 19, 2026, the Combined General Meeting of 74Software shareholders was held under the chairmanship of Pierre Pasquier. The 20 resolutions submitted by the Board of Directors were approved without amendment.
The resolutions include approval of the 2025 annual and consolidated financial statements, acceptance of the executive and director compensation policies, and renewal of directors' terms. In addition, the Board was authorized to repurchase company shares.
