Résultats annuels 2025-2026 et restructuration de Bigben Interactive
Bigben Interactive a annoncé ses résultats annuels consolidés 2025-2026. L'exercice a enregistré un chiffre d'affaires de 284,5 M€, légèrement en baisse par rapport à l'année précédente. La marge brute a diminué à 49,9 %, impactée par Bigben Audio-Video/Telco. L'EBITDA du groupe s’élève à 55,5 M€. Cependant, une dépréciation significative des actifs a entraîné un résultat opérationnel négatif conséquent de -378,7 M€.
En parallèle, la période de syndication de l'engagement de garantie pour l'augmentation de capital a renforcé la position des garants couvrant 93,4 % des obligations. Ces opérations visent à stabiliser la structure financière d'ici début 2027.
