REPLOID's Successful Inaugural Corporate Bond Issue

REPLOID Group AG has announced the successful placement of its first corporate bond issuance, which concluded swiftly within just a few days. The issuance, aimed at retail investors across Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Finland, saw overwhelming demand. The offering volume of €1.5 million was oversubscribed, reaching €1.65 million, attracting a diverse group of 756 investors.

The electronic corporate bonds were offered through the Invesdor platform, a prominent impact investing marketplace in Europe. REPLOID’s focus on the circular economy, notably in the industrial utilization of organic residues, has piqued investor interest and expanded its market visibility.

Philip Pauer, the founder and CEO of REPLOID, expressed gratitude to the investors and highlighted the bonds' success as a significant milestone for the company.
