Distribution of Renault's share capital and voting rights as of September 30, 2026

Renault SA has disclosed information regarding its share capital structure and voting rights as of September 30, 2026, in accordance with Article L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code. Renault's share capital consists of 295,722,284 shares. These shares generate a total of 405,431,601 theoretical voting rights. This figure includes all shares, even those without voting rights due to treasury shares or liquidity contracts.

In reality, the number of exercisable voting rights, that is to say those actually available for decisions at general meetings, amounts to 400,186,457. The difference between theoretical and exercisable voting rights comes mainly from shares held by Renault or under liquidity contracts, which do not participate in decisions.
