At its Annual General Meeting on July 21, 2026, Rémy Cointreau approved the payment of an ordinary dividend of €0.75 per share for the 2025-26 fiscal year. Shareholders had the option of choosing between a cash or share payment. At the end of the option period on September 14, 2026, 76.8% of the rights were exercised in favor of payment in shares.

To meet this demand, 256,395 new shares will be issued at a price of €39.21 per share, determined based on the average share price over the 20 days preceding the shareholders' meeting. The new shares will be tradable from October 1, 2026, the date on which the cash dividend will also be distributed to shareholders who do not elect the share option.

With this decision, the total distribution for the 2025-26 fiscal year reaches €29.2 million, a decrease compared to the €58.8 million of the previous year. Rémy Cointreau's share capital now stands at €84,554,038.40, divided into 52,846,274 shares.
