Reinet Investments SCA a annoncé une mise à jour de son programme de rachat d'actions. Entre le 6 et le 10 juillet 2026, la société a racheté 409 935 actions ordinaires. Ces acquisitions ont été réalisées à la Bourse de Johannesburg à un prix moyen de 444,02 rands (ZAR) par action. Le prix le plus élevé enregistré a été de 452,81 ZAR, et le plus bas de 438,13 ZAR, pour un montant total d'environ 182,1 millions de rands (ZAR), soit 9,8 millions d'euros, hors frais de transaction.
Cet achat fait partie du programme lancé le 18 juin 2026. À ce jour, Reinet a racheté 1 291 099 actions ordinaires, pour un coût total d'environ 582,6 millions de rands (31,2 millions d'euros), hors frais de transaction supplémentaires.
