Reinet Investments' Share Buyback Update

Reinet Investments S.C.A. has repurchased a total of 331,355 ordinary shares between July 13 and July 17, 2026. These shares were acquired on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange at an average price of ZAR 448.00 per share. The highest price paid per share was ZAR 454.98, while the lowest was ZAR 441.06. The total expenditure for this transaction was ZAR 148.4 million, equivalent to €7.9 million, excluding additional transaction costs.

This activity is part of a larger share buyback programme that began on June 18, 2026. So far, Reinet Investments has repurchased 1,622,454 ordinary shares under this initiative, amounting to ZAR 731.0 million (€39.1 million).
