REED postpones its 2026 half-year results

REED, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, informs its shareholders of the postponement of the publication of its 2026 half-year results. Initially scheduled for October 31, 2026, these results will now be published on December 21, 2026. This delay is primarily due to the timeline for finalizing the 2025 annual accounts, which has been affected by the receivership proceedings and the implementation of the Restructuring Plan.

REED clarifies that the 2025 annual accounts were finalized in August 2026 and approved at the Annual General Meeting in September. Pending the new date, information on the Group's activities will remain available on the company's website and that of the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority).
