Recticel Increases Capital Through Subscription Rights

Recticel has announced a capital increase following the exercise of 30,000 subscription rights from the warrant plan issued on 29 June 2020. This action has led to the issuance of 30,000 new ordinary shares, which will be available for trading on Euronext Brussels starting 2 September 2026.

The company's new financial figures reflect a total subscribed capital now standing at EUR 142,746,050, an increase from the previous EUR 142,671,050. The total number of shares with voting rights has risen to 57,098,420 from 57,068,420. Additionally, the total outstanding subscription rights are now 2,645,000.
