Recticel Increases Capital Through Subscription Rights

Recticel has announced a capital increase following the exercise of subscription rights. On November 28, 2025, a total of 18,500 new ordinary shares were issued as 13,500 subscription rights from the 2019 warrant plan and 5,000 from the 2020 plan were exercised. These shares will be available for trading on Euronext Brussels starting December 2, 2025.

As a result of this capital increase, Recticel's subscribed capital now stands at EUR 141,863,550, up from EUR 141,817,300. The total number of shares in issue has increased from 56,726,920 to 56,745,420. Meanwhile, the total number of outstanding subscription rights has decreased to 2,633,000.
