REALITES postpones the publication of its 2025 annual results

REALITES, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announces a second postponement of the publication of its annual results for 2025. Initially scheduled for June 26, 2026, this publication is now expected on July 31, 2026. This delay is due to the need for additional procedures in the closing of the accounts.

Consequently, the debt-to-equity conversion transactions under the company's restructuring plan will also be modified.
