REALITES becomes REED: a new identity for a unique company
REALITES, listed on Euronext Growth Paris under the ALREA index, is changing its name to REED. This transformation coincides with a complete restructuring; the company now comprises a single entity instead of several. The name and structure are changing, but its activities and commitments remain the same. The aim of this simplification is to centralize the balance sheet, signing authority, and point of contact for all partners.
The name REED means "reed" in English, yet is easy to pronounce in French. It expresses a strong brand, true to its values of local development and construction. REED continues to focus on sustainable real estate development centered on local needs. As CEO Nicolas Bany explains, the company is rooted in a demanding vision that is responsive to the context.
