Remission Fund Launched for AirBit Club Fraud Victims
RCB Fund Services LLC, serving as the Claims Administrator for the AirBit Victim Fund (AVF), has announced the commencement of a petition submission process. This initiative is designed to compensate individuals impacted by the AirBit Club fraud, as authorized by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ).
The fund aims to reimburse those who bought AirBit Club memberships under deceitful promises of assured returns via cryptocurrency activities. Eligibility requires victims to have endured direct financial losses. Calculation of losses follows a "cash-in, cash-out" principle, disregarding any fictional profits.
Applications must be submitted by July 31, 2026, via the fund's website or by mailing printed forms. Assistance is available toll-free or through email.
