Racing Force Announces 2026 Financial Calendar

Racing Force S.p.A., the parent company of Racing Force Group, has unveiled its financial calendar for 2026. The Group, known for its development and marketing of motorsport safety components, is listed on the Euronext Growth markets in Milan and Paris.

The schedule begins with the announcement of Q4 and full-year consolidated sales figures for 2025 on February 4, 2026. The Board of Directors will convene on March 25, 2026, to approve the draft and consolidated financial statements for 2025. A management call to discuss the year's results will follow on March 26.

Key dates also include the communication of Q1 2026 sales figures on April 22, followed by the shareholders' meeting on April 29. The Group's consolidated half-yearly report for June 30, 2026, will be approved on September 29, accompanied by a management call on September 30.

Sales figures for the first nine months of the year will be revealed on October 21, 2026. The company commits to promptly informing the market of any changes to this schedule.
