Qwamplify sells its Nordic subsidiaries to Eniro

Qwamplify announced the sale of its Nordic subsidiaries in Finland, Sweden, and Norway to Swedish marketing group Eniro, listed in Stockholm. This transaction is part of Qwamplify's strategic refocusing on the French market.
Since its acquisition in 2013, the Nordic subsidiaries have quadrupled their revenue, reaching €4.4 million in 2024, representing 10% of the group's revenue and gross margin. However, these subsidiaries posted a slight operating loss.
The sale for 700,000 euros, including cash, will allow Qwamplify to strengthen its financial position and focus on its core business in France, particularly through its Bespoke media agency and its digital sales agency.
Eniro, for its part, sees this acquisition as an opportunity for synergies and growth in the Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian markets.
