Qwamplify: Update on capital and voting rights
Qwamplify has published its monthly information concerning the share capital and voting rights as of December 31, 2025. This press release, in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation, specifies that the total number of shares amounts to 5,681,032.
