Quartz Mountain Resources' Geophysical Survey Reveals Promising Gold-Silver Potential
Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd. has announced significant results from an induced polarization survey at its Maestro project in British Columbia. The survey defined a sulphide mineralized system, including the Prodigy gold-silver discovery. A drilling program is set to begin on February 3 to further explore these findings.
The survey, conducted by Peter E. Walcott and Associates, successfully mapped a 3 km² sulphide system. The Prodigy discovery, located within this system, is associated with high-chargeability margins, enhancing the project's drill potential. Bob Dickinson, Chairman of Quartz, noted these results align with the company's goal to discover high-value projects.
The upcoming drilling aims to test hypotheses derived from the survey, focusing on high-grade mineralization potential. With the sodality of geological conditions at Maestro, optimism surrounds the project's future outcomes.
