Quartz Mountain Resources Expands Financing to $1.71 Million

Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd. has announced an increase in its financing efforts, now aiming to raise $1.71 million. This decision follows a previous announcement made on September 24, 2026. The company plans to gather $1.11 million from selling Flow-Through Units and $600,000 from selling Units. The initiative awaits approval from the TSX Venture Exchange as well as compliance with terms outlined earlier. Prior to this financing, Quartz Mountain holds a working capital of $2.4 million.

Quartz Mountain, based in Vancouver, focuses on developing gold, silver, and copper projects in British Columbia. It owns 100% of significant projects like the Maestro gold-silver project and the Jake porphyry copper-gold-silver project, both of which are permitted for drilling by the BC government.
