Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd. (TSXV:QZM) has announced the uplisting of its common shares from the OTC Pink market to the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States. Trading under the symbol "QZMRF," the Vancouver-based company's shares will continue their primary listing on the TSX Venture Exchange as "QZM." This move aims to provide U.S. investors with a transparent trading platform, enhancing liquidity and visibility.

The company is advancing its Phase 3 diamond drilling program at the Prodigy gold-silver discovery on its Maestro Property in British Columbia. Quartz plans further sequential drilling phases throughout 2025. Additionally, Quartz is preparing to advance its project at the Jake porphyry copper-gold-silver site in the same region.
