Quantum Genomics files for liquidation
Quantum Genomics has filed for liquidation proceedings before the Paris Economic Court. The company has been unable to find a partner to continue its operations. Ongoing discussions have been unsuccessful, especially since its share listing on Euronext Growth has been suspended since October 25, 2024.
In the absence of new funds to cover its financial needs, Quantum Genomics declared its cessation of payments on July 3, 2025. The hearing scheduled for the Court will be held on September 2, 2025.
Shareholders will not recover their investment. Trading in the shares will remain suspended. Euronext Paris is expected to delist the shares.
